- Upgrade or change plan: same page. New limits apply immediately
- Launch pricing discounts may apply to Essentials and Growth (see homepage pricing)
What counts toward limits?
- Bookings: confirmed bookings created in the current calendar month
- Membership enrollments: new customer memberships sold in the month
- Retail orders: completed product orders in the month
- Q&A pairs: total active entries in your knowledge base
- Locations / staff / team seats: active count at any time
